Located in Palmscher Park, Esslingen, a beautiful city in southern Germany, the Loft ESN was artistically transformed by Ippolito Fleitz Group from an army barracks into a contemporary family apartment. Spreading over 400 square meters, the apartment was converted into a roomy and modern living space with differentiated functional zones and tantalizing visual perspectives.
Stepping into the apartment, visitors can admire a glamorous space opening up along a horizontal and vertical axis. The living area is cleverly divided from the entrance area by an L-shaped filtering curtain. If you look at the foot of the staircase, you will be immediately attracted by a lovely wardrobe that is concealed behind a mirrored wall, reflecting Tom Dixon’s Mirror Ball infinitely back and forth.
