Have you ever dreamed about living in the most expensive house? To meet the demand of human, more and more.
The term home is relative, since most of the ones we cover here offer all the luxury of kings and thus they are closer to the 5-star resorts of palaces. But owning such a home isn’t cheap and four of the ten homes required over 100 million dollars for the benefits. The Penthouse B in Soho, New York City is a luxurious home refurbished by the architect Edward Siegel in collaboration with the interior designer Ernest de la Torre which transformed the duplex from a raw space into one that is inspired from the East-Asian aesthetic, modernism of the 1960s and the art deco.
The penthouse features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and no less than four outdoor terraces to provide a stunning view of the surrounding urban landscape. The entrance is covered in walnut panels and from the foyer, you can reach the powder room and the great room connected by the dark stained white oak flooring.
The lower terrace toward the east provides a view of the One World Trade Center and this area is furnished with Dornbracht sink fittings, a wet bar and stainless steel countertop with glass shelves. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances for a skilled chef and there is also a guest bedroom, study and bull bathroom on this level. The upper floor gives access to a hot tub terrace, the master suite, a secondary powder room and a private garden spreading over a surface of 1145 square feet
